With over 27 years of experience, Mike’s extensive knowledge and expertise have been the foundation of our business. His dedicated, hands-on approach allows him to maintain a close connection with our clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism. When he's not plumbing, Mike enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Nikki. Both are passionate cyclists and outdoor enthusiasts, making Ashburton the perfect place to call home.

Matt Teague
CO-OWNER & DIRECTOR
Matt Teague has been a vital part of the company since 2006, playing a key role alongside Mike in transforming the business into a limited company in 2011. His dedication to excellence and focus on customer satisfaction have made him an integral member of the team. With specialist expertise in renewable heating systems, Matt brings valuable knowledge and innovation to the company. Based in Ashburton, he enjoys life in the town with his wife and young family.

Matt Warman
PLUMBING & HEATING ENGINEER
Matt Warman joined our team back in 2018 as an apprentice, and we’ve been lucky to watch him grow into a skilled and highly valued specialist gas heating engineer. Living locally with his partner, Matt brings not only technical expertise but also a calm, can-do attitude that makes him a favourite with customers and colleagues alike. A dedicated dog lover, Matt is often accompanied by his loyal assistant, Lady. She’s a quiet presence and perfectly content snoozing in the van, so there's no need to worry if you're not a dog person.

As part of our commitment to developing the next generation of skilled professionals, we’re delighted to welcome Josh to the team. Currently undertaking his Plumbing & Heating apprenticeship, Josh is enthusiastic and eager to grow within the industry. In his spare time, Josh is a keen angler and enjoys spending time by the local rivers and lakes.

COMPANY SECRETARY
Nikki has been part of the journey from day one, supporting Mike when he first picked up the tools and began his plumbing career. Today, she plays a key role behind the scenes as the company secretary, managing the invoicing and keeping everything running smoothly. Based in Ashburton with Mike, Nikki shares his passion for cycling and the outdoors, and you'll often find them out exploring the local trails together. Her attention to detail and dedication help keep the business on track and thriving.
